It's nice. However, it's not enough space to entertain. The first level is tight. Nowhere to host dinner parties and such. I love the exposed brick and the butcher block counter tops.

I absolutely agree w wiseguy pizza, had it in Arlington and it totally beats whole foods pizza. But &Pizza is also a DC native pizza shop thats sells oval shaped oblong pizza.

There are several places in the Washington area that have salvaged materials, fireplace surrounds, light fixtures, period tile. Saddens to think...they'd never had known the lovely backyard. Just wasn't known. Might have had a few chickens though. And ...ahem..outdoor privy. Original ironwork, mantels, newel posts....incredible. 30 minutes away in Virginia you could get a house with swimming pool on 1 acre property for half the place
